The poignant video created for IDAHOTB served as a somber tribute to the victims of anti-LGBTQ+ violence. Through evocative imagery and powerful symbolism, the video encapsulated a solemn moment of remembrance and a resolute call for change.
Logo Design
The “Let’s Change the Pace project” logo channels the energy, urgency, dynamism and youth through its sportswear-inspired design. The bold typography, prominently featuring the project’s name, highlights the urgency of this cause. The trans symbol is incorporated into the design, representing the project’s focus on gender diversity. Its colour gradient transition, more than just a visual treat, stands as a poignant metaphor for the transformation journey, encapsulating the project’s aim to support the evolving identities of trans* and gender-diverse youth in Europe.

Posters, being a cost-effective and versatile medium, could be disseminated physically and digitally widely, thus expanding the project’s reach. They functioned as standalone pieces of information, encapsulating the essence of the project while piquing interest for more in-depth exploration.
This visually unified approach strengthened the project’s identity, making it easily identifiable and memorable.

This webinar delved into the personal accounts of parents who navigated the journey with their children exploring gender identity. Providing an open forum for sharing stories, the session aimed to offer insight, foster understanding, starting from personal stories.

In this engaging session, we explored the role of family associations in fostering a supportive environment for gender variant youth. Speakers discussed the transformative potential of family associations in advocating for, and fostering the mental, emotional, and social well-being of gender variant youth.
Webinar 3: Developing educational, healthcare and legal frameworks to support trans* children and youth.
This webinar brought together experts in education, healthcare, and law to discuss the establishment of inclusive and supportive frameworks for trans* children and youth. Participants learned about the current challenges in these sectors, as well as emerging solutions and policies designed to uphold the rights and meet the unique needs of trans* children and youth.

The Almada conference was a significant gathering of parents and experts, fostering a dynamic exchange of experiences and knowledge. It reached a crescendo with the presentation of the parents’ manifesto for trans youth, a momentous declaration that embodied the collective will for change. The post-conference trailer is a dynamic collage of stills and video clips from the event. It encapsulates the spirit of the conference, showcasing vibrant discussions, engaging presentations, and the diverse assembly of attendees. The trailer serves as both a commemorative recap for those who attended and a glimpse into the enriching experience for those who missed it. Their powerful, modern graphic design plays a crucial role in their appeal. A dedicated mini-site within the ENP site offered a centralized platform for the project, capitalizing on the existing audience. Housing the manifesto, e-booklets, and video testimonials in one place enhanced accessibility and understanding, and facilitated easy sharing, thereby promoting wider dissemination and impact. The manifesto outlined the project’s core principles and aims, while the e-booklets provided easily digestible, in-depth insights into various aspects of the project. Video testimonials added a personal, human touch, allowing visitors to connect more intimately with the experiences and impacts of the project.

The 13 video testimonials and the short movie “Hug Me” featured on the website provide a personal and powerful perspective on the project.
